The beach area was fine, and we were
Delighted to find a wonderful chill-out zone with hammocks for relaxation. The staff members were supportive, especially in organizing activities for our daughter. We encountered some communication barriers as a few staff didn't speak English well.

The resort offered a captivating atmosphere with extensive gardens filled with vibrant flowers. Although clearer signage would have improved navigation, the spacious outdoor areas provided the perfect retreat for relaxation after a day of activities. A few worn-out amenities slightly detracted from the experience.

Beautiful grounds with extensive gardens, Themed culinary nights, Entertainment team's dedication
Clearer signage would reduce confusion!!! The entertainment volume interfered with family time!!! The beach cleanliness was disappointing, detracting from the serene surroundings that could enhance relaxation!!!

The extensive gardens create a vibrant and picturesque atmosphere, with a refreshing outdoor setting perfect for leisure strolls. Freshly made pizza stands out among the varied culinary options.
Uncomfortable pillows. The reservation policy for specialty restaurants requires a week's stay to book. I also found the transportation costs rather high, which adds another layer of frustration when trying to explore nearby towns or attractions. The app for reservations can be unwieldy and confusing, leaving you in the dark at times regarding available activities. Noise from the family's entertainment disrupted quieter moments, affecting the relaxation vibe I was chasing.

The pillows were uncomfortable.
